At Ari's Twist LLC, we value your satisfaction with your purchase and aim to provide a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

 

Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that ponytails are not refundable.

 

Damaged Items

We understand that sometimes items may arrive in less-than-perfect condition. If you receive broken, torn, or damaged item, we will gladly offer you store credit for the purchase price. To initiate a return for a damaged item, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damaged item to process your request.
